I am a believer in positivity and positive habits. Staying positive is important for your mind and body. As I have been evolving in life, I have found that even in the worst situations my habits have helped me get through it all. I think the best advice that I can give you about Positivity is that remember you can't be positive 24/7, but also remember that every negative has its positive, you just have to be patient to see it.

1. Count your blessings. Be grateful for not only the big things, but also for the small things. Because remember that big things ha

2. Spend quality time with your family. To some family can be friends too, anyone who is family to you means that you have unconditional paths among you - make time in your life for these people.

3. Learn to ask for help. You will find that this will relieve you of anxiety.

4. Don't judge. Remember that everyone is fighting their own battle, don't judge if you don't want to be judged.

5. Find something that relaxes you. I find that walking outdoors relaxes me most.

6. Give compliments. Always remember to be kind and giving genuine compliments will instantly reward you with putting a smile on someone's face.

7. Don't build up emotions. Find a way or someone to share your feelings, you can trust in someone with your thoughts, write a journal or find an outlet like meditation.

8. Eat with a balance. Too much of anything can effect your positivity.

9. Create free time for yourself. Take a step away from your routine and spend time for yourself.

10. Read. Read anything that you like, it could be a book, a magazine or a blog like this. You will find that reading something interesting to you will enhance your positivity.
